Vita
Important stages of my medical and sporting career are listed below. I believe that education and training are not so much a destination as a continuous journey. I have consciously completed various stages of my training abroad (Austria, Great Britain, Switzerland, USA) and am still regularly active in Africa and the Indian Ocean. In this way, I constantly gain new impressions and am confronted with new human and professional challenges.
My own aspiration is to be a generalist in sports medicine and a specialist in surgery.

Your expert for sports medicine and orthopaedics
As an expert in sports medicine and orthopaedics, I have been publishing articles in various print and online media for several years, for example for Functional-Training magazine and the sports expert portal Deutschland Trainingsworld. I also answer questions from athletes on the topics of therapy and training. I give lectures on the topics of health, sport and nutrition as part of further education and training courses for trainers, doctors and managers.

For me, the main focus of these activities is the practical feasibility of what I teach and the support I provide in implementing it.
