It’s early in the morning, the alarm clock rings, you swing your legs out of bed and feel a sharp pain in your heel as soon as you take your first steps.
After a few minutes, the pain improves and walking becomes a little more comfortable. However, after long periods of sitting, the pain comes back as soon as you put weight on the foot. Strangely enough, the pain disappears during training.
Where did that come from? There was no accident. Is it the new pair of shoes? Was last weekend’s training session too long after all?
