Immediate postoperative arm loading after triceps tendon reconstruction in a wheelchair patient: A case report
Tears of the triceps tendon are among the rarest tendon tears. They account for less than 1% of all tendon and muscle injuries, with an estimated incidence of around 1.1 per 100,000 person-years in the general population. The most common causes are eccentric loads, such as a fall on the outstretched arm or strength training.
