Service description

Procedure

  • In an in-depth consultation, we work together to define your goals and the steps required to achieve them.
  • The necessary diagnostic measures are then carried out and a concept is defined for you.
  • A progress review is carried out at regular intervals in person or by telephone/e-mail and the next steps are discussed together.

If you are already working with a personal trainer or are being coached in some other way, I would be delighted. Together with you, I will take care of the area in which you need further support and will be happy to coordinate with the colleagues who are also treating you.

Experience

My clients include patients with health complaints, amateur athletes and national league athletes.

I have been working as a trainer for various sports since the age of 15. This includes 5 martial arts, in each of which I have the 1st Dan (black belt) and a Trainer-B/-C license.

In the area of fitness, I have a total of three Trainer-A licenses and am an instructor for spinning, Pilates, yoga, TFW and various barbell courses (Iron Systems).

I am certified by the diving organization PADI as a Dive Master, Assistant Instructor and instructor for first aid courses.

Since 2001, I have supplemented these training methods with targeted diagnostics including lactate measurements, body composition measurements, nutritional analyses, blood tests and targeted examinations of the musculoskeletal system (Functional Movement Screen).

This diversity in training techniques and diagnostics enables me to advise my clients individually on several levels and thus effectively support them in achieving their goals.

The cost of coaching

The total coaching fee depends on whether further diagnostic measures from the field of sports medicine diagnostics or laboratory diagnostics are carried out in addition to the actual consultation.

The fee per hour is €250 plus VAT. In some cases, self-employed persons have the option of tax deductibility.

Individual coaching – Save yourself time, money and unnecessary detours in achieving your personal goals.
