Treating osteoarthritis with stem cells from adipose tissue
Orthopaedist and sports physician Dr. Markus Klingenberg from Bonn is fighting osteoarthritis with a new therapy. He is one of the first practitioners in Germany to extract the body’s own stem cells and growth factors from his patients’ fatty tissue in order to inject them into the knee and hip joints.
